No. We use organic ingredients in our pops whenever we can, but we are not a 100% organic product.

We believe that sourcing from small family farms that often can’t afford the organic certification even though they meet the requirements is a more responsible way to source our fruit and dairy. These farms use sustainable, responsible agricultural practices and are often local to the Las Vegas area (which makes our pops fresher and more flavorful!). We believe this is better for people and our planet.

The cream we use comes from a local NV dairy in Fallon, NV. Our dairy is always grazed on grass and is hormone and antibiotic free. We use the highest quality local dairy we can.

We currently offer $19 flat-rate shipping for NV and states that we call neighbors (email us at: hello@thejoypopco.com about other locations).

You must order $64+ and can order as many as you would like—and you still pay the same flat rate shipping per delivery.

Please allow up to five business days for order processing. We will ship your order as soon as possible and you will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as your order information is available.

Pops shipped via flat-rate shipping typically arrive 1-3 days after being shipped, depending on the shipping destination.

All sales are final. If your pops don’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost. You can contact customer service with any questions at: hello@thejoypopco.com.

Yes, we currently offer gift cards that can be redeemed on our website for shipping or local delivery.

Shipping

We pack our pops in an insulated box with enough dry ice (-109.3°F) to keep them frozen for several days while in transit.

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee for NV and our neighboring states of $19. You can contact us at hello@thejoypopco.com to inquire about this.

You must order a minimum of $64, but can add as many pops as you would like—and you will still pay the same price per delivery.

We kindly request up to five business days for order processing. We will ship your order as soon as possible and we’ll update you with tracking information via email about the status of your order.

We ship our pops with dry ice and that means they can't sit somewhere over the weekend. We ship packages Monday-Wednesday to ensure your pops arrive perfectly frozen.

All of our pops are shipped from our kitchen in Las Vegas, packed under dry ice and sent via UPS or FedEx to arrive safely on your doorstep. 

We'll send you an email with tracking information when your order is ready to be shipped. 

Yes, there’s a $64 minimum order. However, if you order more, you’ll still pay the same flat rate for shipping and you could be eligible for free shipping. Any non-frozen item ordered will ship separately for free!

Local Delivery

We offer delivery to the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson areas every Tuesday and Friday for a flat fee of $5.

You can also email us if you need a custom delivery date and time.

You can order online through the "Shop" link on our home page. We work with local partners to make sure your pops arrive on time and perfectly frozen. 

We deliver pops between approximately 12p and 4p on Tuesday and Friday. If you order before 9a, we'll send them out for same day delivery! How cool is that?!

The driver will text you when they are on the way to your address.

We process all our flavors in a kitchen that also produces products that contain milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. We do our best to organize our production from fewest allergens to most allergens and we wash, rinse and sanitize all our production equipment between each flavor.

Our classic flavors are typically always on the menu, but we launch several seasonal or limited release flavors every quarter and... we usually offer holiday inspired flavors during the November and December holidays.

We love that flavor too! Passion Fruit and other seasonal fruits are on the menu when they are in season, which is only at certain times of the year. We want to bring you the highest quality product, flavor and experience so we source at peak freshness and sometimes that means short seasons for our favorite flavors!

Yes, we typically have one pop available that has no sugar added. We use a variety of natural sweeteners including organic cane sugar, agave, maple syrup, monk fruit, allulose and others. We never use artificial sweeteners and we only use what is necessary as we rely on the freshness and flavor of the other quality ingredients to make the flavor pop!

We source our grass-grazed milk and other dairy products from local farms in Nevada.

Yes, we use chocolates, vanilla beans and extracts that are Fair Trade.

You can temper the pops in your freezer for an hour or so or you can place them on a plastic plate on your counter or table at room temperature for a few minutes if you want to eat them right away.

Gifts

We love that idea, but since our pops are perishable it would be a great idea to let them know you're sending them something joyful!

Also, then they'll be sure to be home to receive the package and put the pops in the freezer. 

We make sure to exclude receipts, pricing information, and payment details in gift shipments.

Yes, 100%. During your checkout process you'll have the option of including a note. Type the exact message you’d like to include with your gift and we’ll print the note for you and drop it in the box.

Yes, we offer gift cards online that are redeemable on thejoypopco.com for orders with shipping or local delivery. Gift cards can't be used at our pop-up locations, sorry!

Yes, 100%. Thank you for thinking of us to be a part of your big event. We're able to accommodate corporate events and brand activations, intimate weddings and large celebrations and backyard parties. Any size event, indoors or outside.
